Q3. What is your working time?
LIDA: Beijing time:Monday --- Saturday
                             9:00am ---  18:30pm
Besides, if you send message to us we will repaly you as soon as possible.


Q4. Do you deliver the parcel free shipping?
LIDA: Please note that most of countries deliver in free shipping, few countries need to pay  shipping cost,thanks.

Q5.Where I can track my order and how long I could receive my goods?
LIDA: All your order could track on line as the same as Aliexpress.  And You could see your track number in your order.
Then below is our shipping time, please note it.
1. China post air for most of country , shipping day is 25-65 days;
2. E-Packet for USA , shipping day is 10-25 days;
3. E-Packet for Russian, shipping day is 15-40 days
4. EMS for client need, pay extrac shipping cost, the shipping day 7-14 days.


Q6.what is the discount if we become your member?
LIDA: If your total order meet above $1000.00 as a junior member and then each order we could offer 8% discount to you;
         If your total order meet above $3500.00 as a senior member and then each order we could offer 15%discount to you;
         If your total order meet above $6500.00 as a VIP member and then each order we could offer 20%discount to you;


Q7.If my parcel was returned by our postal office because I didn't pick up it in time,what should I do?
LIDA: Please note that post office often have a free period, someplace is 30 days, someplace is 15 days. If you didn't get it in time, your postal office will return your parcel. As to returned parcel we have two suggestions for you to choose:
1,Your parcel was returned and you don't want the tea, in this case we would like to fully refund to you.
2,Your parcel was returned and you want us to resend the parcel. No problem, we are willing to resend the parcel, however the shipping cost is your side.
